With her strong orthopedic foundation, Dr. Bandekar excels at helping patients improve their tolerance for movement and physical activity. She integrates principles of movement science into every treatment session and emphasizes the importance of how we move in restoring function and reducing pain. Her approach often includes detailed gait and movement analysis to identify contributing factors and guide individualized treatment strategies. Drawing from her background in athletics, Dr. Bandekar is also passionate about helping postpartum individuals safely return to higher-level activities such as running, jumping, hiking, and cycling.

Outside the Clinic

Dr. Bandekar enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, being in the water (including scuba diving) and spending quality time with family and friends.
