Rapid Release Therapy in Orange County — advanced pelvic floor treatment for scar tissue, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and chronic muscle tension.
Rapid Release Therapy (RRT) is an advanced, high-frequency vibration treatment designed to quickly release muscle tension, break up scar tissue, and calm the nervous system. Using targeted vibration, RRT helps restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve circulation — all in a gentle, non-invasive way.
At Sarton Pelvic Healing, we are proud to be one of the only pelvic floor physical therapy clinics in Orange County offering Rapid Release Therapy as part of a comprehensive healing plan. It is especially effective for patients with pelvic pain, scar tissue adhesions, C-section recovery, overactive pelvic floor muscles, or chronic musculoskeletal tension.
Rapid Release Therapy works through high-frequency vibration (up to 170 Hz), which has been shown to relax muscle spasms, increase circulation, and reduce myofascial restrictions. Clinical use supports its effectiveness in decreasing pain and improving mobility when combined with skilled physical therapy techniques.

While resting comfortably, your therapist applies the Rapid Release handheld device to the targeted area — such as the lower abdomen, pelvic floor, hips, or low back. The device delivers rapid, precise vibrations that help release restrictions in both muscles and connective tissues.
Sessions typically last 15–30 minutes and are often integrated into a 45–60 minute physical therapy appointment. Depending on your goals, Rapid Release may be used once per week at first, then as needed for maintenance and recovery.
Patients often describe the sensation as a gentle buzzing or vibration. Most find it comfortable and even soothing, with many noticing immediate improvements in mobility, pain relief, and relaxation. Rapid Release is non-invasive, safe, and customized to your comfort level.
We are proud to be the go-to clinic in Orange County for Rapid Release Therapy combined with pelvic floor physical therapy. By integrating RRT with advanced techniques such as scar tissue mobilization, DNS, Redcord Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation, our team addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction for lasting results.
At Sarton Pelvic Healing, we don’t just treat symptoms — we restore freedom, function, and confidence in your daily life.
Sarton PT is a first class therapy clinic. The clinic has a very inviting atmosphere that provides a sense of comfort from the moment you enter. Although known for expertise in pelvic floor dysfunction, I believe Sarton PT excels in any condition or injury requiring PT rehabilitation. Following surgical repair of a torn meniscus and torn MCL, I was sent to another clinic where I was aggressively rehabbing. Unfortunately, treatment was too aggressive and I struggled with constant inflammation and the formation of calcium deposits. Upon meeting with my surgeon, we discussed possible surgical intervention as I continued to fall behind in rehab goals and struggle with ADL’s and quality of life. I visited Sarton PT and through weekly visits, use of their Rapid Release Technology and a unique program designed for me to follow between visits, we had a break through. I am now 6 months post-op and have progressed ahead of the rehabilitation curve according to my Orthopedic Surgeon while we are no longer discussing surgical intervention. My ADL’s and quality of life have drastically improved. I owe this to Sarton PT, Julie Sarton and her team of amazing Physical Therapists.
My C-section scar finally softened, and I can move comfortably again.
