Lynn Gottschalk

Office Manager

Lynn has over 15 years of human resources and office management experience from her tenure with a national employee benefits consulting firm both in Cleveland, Ohio and Washington, DC. While in Cleveland, she was an integral part of the chemical dependency program for one of the first true “free clinics”. In Virginia, she facilitated anger management groups for the Fairfax County ADAPT (Anger & Domestic Abuse Prevention & Treatment) program, incorporating the anger management model of Dr. Steven Stosny. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to be “granny-nanny” for her 3 grandsons and truly is happiest with her family.

Tustin Clinic Assistant

Darcy Candelaria has been at Sarton Physical Therapy since 2012. She works evenings and Saturdays at the front desk.  She also works full time at UC Irvine health in the Physical Therapy Dept.  When she is not working, Darcy loves spending time with her two daughters and her family.  In her spare time, she loves to travel, read and watch movies.

Los Alamitos Clinic Assistant

Karen is our receptionist in the Los Alamitos office. She is responsible for getting our patients in and out of the office seamlessly with a smile.  Her contagious positivity is spread amongst all generations, as she has previous experience as a caregiver and volunteer. She is a proud mom of three kids in addition to having 4 dogs and a cat.  In her free time she enjoys gardening, baking and photography.

Billing Specialist

Donna has over 20 years of experience in medical office administration. Starting out as a receptionist who worked her way up through all aspects of the support side of medical practices has given her a unique ability to understand the practice as a whole. Using this experience, she started her own consulting firm in 2011 and strives to help practices gain insights into efficiency, provide excellent customer service, and help patients get the care they need with the least insurance hassle possible.
