From the very beginning of her career, Dr. Jessica felt called to pelvic health because of the profound way it transforms lives. She joined Sarton Pelvic Healing in Tustin, CA to take her pelvic floor specialty training to the next level through our advanced Fellowship Program—a rare and highly selective training opportunity where she has been mentored in the Sarton Pelvic Healing Method. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, her spirit is curious, grounded, gentle yet strong, and she brings that same energy into every patient interaction.

Philosophy of Care

Jessica believes that healing starts with seeing the whole person, not just the pelvic floor. She combines evidence-based techniques with compassion and patient education, empowering her patients to take an active role in their recovery. Her patients often describe her as thorough, encouraging, and deeply present, and she is motivated by helping them regain confidence, function, and freedom in their daily lives.

Jessica has experience working with patients across the lifespan, from children to older adults, with a wide range of pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions. Her training includes both internal and external pelvic floor techniques, with a focus on tailoring treatment to each individual.

Her background includes:

  • Treating women and children with urinary, bowel, and pain-related pelvic floor dysfunctions
  • Guiding couples through birth preparation sessions
  • Supporting postpartum recovery with corrective exercise and functional training
  • Helping patients with orthopedic injuries restore strength, mobility, and balance
  • Providing therapy for pediatric and neurologic patients with conditions such as cerebral palsy

Outside the Clinic

Beyond her professional life, Jessica loves staying active through Pilates and outdoor adventures. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she is passionate about promoting wellness in both her patients and her community. Her approachable, down-to-earth nature helps patients feel at ease as they begin their healing journey.
