Meet Beth

After becoming a mother of two beloved girls, Beth has seen with herself and many other women that the pre- and postpartum period can be very arduous on one’s body, and resultant issues are often neglected.

I am eager to be an advocate for these women. Moms tend to take care of everything and everybody. It’s my goal to ensure that we take exceptional care of them, as well.

About Beth

She has had the pleasure of treating patients of all ages—from infants to elderly and everyone in between—during her 14 years of practice.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marquette University May 2001, where she completed a curriculum heavy with psychology, biomedical science, and even a little dance. After graduating, she moved to Denver to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2004 from Regis University. Beth began her career back in Chicago later that year.

The many areas of physical therapy she has explored include:

  • Orthopedic outpatient with sports medicine emphasis

  • Treating the pediatric population at home and in school-based environments

  • Ergonomic assessment from offices to collegiate environments

  • Home health

Specifically, Beth’s passion resides in finding solutions to her patients’ needs, and helping them get back to doing what they love. She enjoys being a manual therapist, incorporating pilates and specific exercise instruction to help patients attain their goals.

Since becoming a mother herself in 2013, she has become passionate about finding clinical answers and treatment techniques tailored for this population. Her continuing education coursework is vast, which has recently set her sights on this niche population, and for women’s health patients in general.

Some of her interests outside of work include enjoying hikes along the beach, delicious food, and family time with her husband, two sweet girls, and their lazy pup.
