About Tierney

Dr. Tierney Loveland-Grace began her journey in pelvic health physical therapy after the birth of her children, when she learned firsthand the limited resources available to the public.

She has a passion for educating and empowering men and women in leading healthy, strong, pain-free lives. She enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses and has a special interest in the care of patients who are pregnant, post-partum, post-mastectomy, as well as athletes. Tierney’s goal is to bring awareness and an open dialogue regarding pelvic floor diagnoses and to help break the misconception that pelvic floor therapy is something embarrassing or shameful to ask for help with. Through increased awareness and discussion, patients can improve their quality of life by not living in secret with their, often common, diagnosis and receiving help for their pelvic floor dysfunction.

Tierney attended the University of Wisconsin where she worked with the Wisconsin Badger football team as an athletic training student during her undergraduate experience. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee with her Bachelors in Kinesiology as well as with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Tierney has studied pelvic floor physical therapy under the guidance of Dr. Julie Sarton and the Sarton Physical Therapy team and has taken several continuing education courses for pelvic health and pelvic girdle rehabilitation.

Away from work, Tierney enjoys spending time with her family and experiencing the world through the eyes of her two young children.
