Pelvic Floor Pilates

What is Pelvic Floor Pilates?

Pilates is a full body spring-based resistance work-out designed to develop core stability and strength, body awareness and control, muscle and postural balance, and of course–FUN! Instead of general Pilates classes, we offer a highly specialized Pelvic Floor Pilates program that you won't find elsewhere. Our instructors work closely with our pelvic floor physical therapists to design a research-based program specifically tailored to meet your needs. Oftentimes, our physical therapists add this essential component into our patient's healing plan of care and, therefore, many of our patients get this service covered through their insurance.
